General Information for All VISA Types

Application: 

  • Applicant must fill up the online visa application form | 비자 신청자는 온라인 비자 신청서를 작성해야 합니다. ( Link: https://www.visa.gov.bd/ )
  • Applicant must bring the printed copy of duly filled-in online VISA application form (4 pages with a bar code reader) with other required documents. Without proper documents, the application will not be received at the Embassy.
  • Applicant must upload a current photo on the online application. Without uploading photo, visa procedure will take longer than usual. | 온라인비자신청서 작성시, 사진첨부가 필수입니다. 다만, 사이트 상의 기술적인 오류로 인해 사진 첨부가 어려운 경우 비자 수령 일자가 늘어날 수 있습니다.
  • A photo must be with a 'white background'. Black background photos will be rejected. 
  • Applicant must apply for 'NEW VISA APPLICATION'. The embassy does not issue 'VISA EXTENSION' or 'ON ARRIVAL VISA'.
  • Applicant must have their passport validity of more than 6 months.
  • Non-Korean passport holders must submit a valid(minimum 6 months) copy of their Residence Card (외국인등록증) along with other required documents.
  • 'E' type visa holders shall renew/extend their visa within 14 days after they arrive in Bangladesh.
  • 'B' type visa holders shall not be involved any paid or unpaid employment. 
  • Below mentioned visa applicants are applicable for First Entry visa only. Same visa holders are subject to extend/renew their visa from Bangladesh, if necessary.
    A1, A2, A3, E, E1, M, N, P, PI, R, S & TI visa


Payment: 

  • Online Payment is NOT ACCEPTED. Only ATM & Bank receipts are accepted | 온라인 결제는 확인이 불가하오니, ATM 영수증 혹은 은행의 확인 영수증만 접수 가능합니다. 온라인 결제시, 환불이 불가능 하오니 유의 부탁드립니다.
  • Applicant shall pay the visa fee by using ATM or direct Bank transaction with a payment receipt
  • Account details:-  A/C Holder: 주한 방글라데시 대사관, KEB Hana Bank(하나 은행), Account No(계좌번호): 166-890000-59001
  • Please check the updated "Consular Service Fee" Notice
    - For non-Korean passport holders; please do not pay the visa fee before you submit your visa application to the Embassy.
  • Visa fee is non-refundable. For details, please contact the Embassy. 
  • Visa fee is exemption for "Official" & "Diplomatic" passports.


Postal Service:

  • Applicant may send their visa application by postal service. Applicant must attach their payment money receipt of visa fee with other required documents along with the passport. | 신청자는 여권 및 기타 모든 필수 서류와 신청자의 주소가 기재되어 있는 비자신청서를 선불 우편으로 보내시면 됩니다.
  • In order to receive your passport with visa by post, applicant must fill up self-address with prepaid a 4,000 won post stamp & an envelope. | 우편으로 비자를 받을시, 비자 수수료를 납부하고 기타 필요 서류와 함께 주한 방글라데시대사관으로 납부한 영수증을 첨부해야합니다. 참고: 우편 비자 신청시, 선납금액 4,000원 우표가 부착된 봉투도 같이 동봉하여 보내셔야 합니다.


VISA Application Receive & Delivery Time Table (비자 신청과 받는 기간):

  • Application Receive: 09:00 A.M. – 12:00 P.M. | 신청 시간: 오전 09:00 ~ 오후 12:00
  • Visa Delivery: 04:30 P.M. – 05:00 P.M. | 수령 시간: 오후 04:30 ~ 오후 05:00
