In case of any labour dispute, a worker can go to the nearest Korea Legal Aid Corporation office (대한법률구조공단) and file a complaint. However, it is advisable to first contact the Labour and Welfare Wing at the Embassy of Bangladesh in Seoul before for counselling. It is recommended to send a scanned copy of passport, ARC and business card of the employer to the official email/whatsapp/imo/kakatalk while contacting  Labour and Welfare Wing at the Embassy of Bangladesh in Seoul.
